Brussel Sprouts with Raisins & Walnuts

Ingredients (serves 2-3):

  • 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 cups shredded brussel sprouts
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 chopped walnuts
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar

Directions:

  • Sauté garlic in olive oil.
  • Add brussel sprouts and cook for 2-3 minutes or until sprouts start to soften.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Add raisins, walnuts, salt, pepper, and vinegar and toss.
