Brussel Sprouts with Raisins & Walnuts
Ingredients (serves 2-3):
- 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil

3 cups shredded brussel sprouts

1/4 cup raisins

1/4 chopped walnuts

2 garlic cloves
-
Salt & pepper to taste

1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
Directions:

Sauté garlic in olive oil.

Add brussel sprouts and cook for 2-3 minutes or until sprouts start to soften.

Remove from heat.

Add raisins, walnuts, salt, pepper, and vinegar and toss.
