Ingredients (serves 1):
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp flax seeds
- 1 scoop of protein powder of your choice
- 1 handful ice cubes
